Dr. Emma Oliveira is the Charter President of the Pilot International Club of Accra, Ghana — leading the first active Pilot club on the African continent. She operates at the intersection of healthcare, investment, and social impact, with a track record of building and scaling ventures across multiple sectors.

Her foundation in dentistry established a standard for precision and discipline. A multi-award-winning dental surgeon trained across the UK and Brazil, she redefined modern healthcare in West Africa through her pioneering institutions — All Smiles Dental Clinic and Tooth Buds Paediatric Center.

She has since expanded into business and investment, leading initiatives in healthcare, real estate, agribusiness, and cross-border enterprise through platforms including Hers & Homes (luxury real estate), Levi Farms (organic agribusiness), Dentélite (premium dental supply), and E & J Holdings — an investment intermediary firm connecting companies to capital and opportunity in Ghana and beyond.

As Founder and President of the Global Heart Foundation, she drives initiatives that support women, orphans, and autistic children, with a focus on access, dignity, and long-term opportunity.
